Jimmy White is an honest, hard working, generous, solid attorney. He deserves all the positive reviews and awards he receives and more. He helped me with a tough divorce and continued to advise me for years afterwards while I completed my college degree and got on my feet. His office is professional. He has a good reputation among his peers and the judges. He has a warm and friendly disposition. He made a positive impact on my me during a hard time and I cannot say enough how grateful I am for his help.

Jimmy was referred to me by a family member. When it comes to custody disputes- this is arguably the most emotionally charged fight that an attorney has to deal with. Jimmy has been nothing but compassionate, understanding, and genuinely concerned about the things that are important to me surrounding the well being of my child. This review really will not even going to come close to the amount of gratitude I have for Jimmy White and his team. I would like to start off by saying that if you need someone that will fight hard for you 24/7, Jimmy is your man. I was involved in a custody battle with my ex and used a previous attorney. After an emergency situation, I received full custody of both kids. My ex took me back to court and I decided to use a different attorney and that is when I found Jimmy. He truly is 100% AMAZING in every way, shape and form. He worked tirelessly to get me the outcome I wanted and he did. Shortly after, my ex tried changing the terms of our agreement and Jimmy went right back in fighting hard. He really does have his client's best interest at heart, but more importantly he helped my children and that is something that I will never ever forget. Not only is he a fighter, but he is extremely kind at heart and helps his clients. Negotiations starting stretching out more and more and everyone knows, that can be costly. Jimmy helped myself and my family out in that situation taking into account my finances so I would not have to pay more into the case. He not only looked out for getting me the best outcome for my family, he looked out for my financial wellbeing. He truly cares about his clients and that is what matters most. Thank you Jimmy. Was informed by the intake secretary and that she would call me back an hour after talking to the lawyer. Never heard back from this law firm on my status. Would not recommend...

I came to know about Mr. Jimmy White through Avvo. I was in a difficult situation with no money and nowhere to go. I got Jimmy's mobile number from this site and gave him a call. His voice was so gentle and kind that I felt heaven (not exaggerating even a word). He took my case even when he knew that I may not be able to pay him at the end. My ex-husband was flabbergasted after he came to know that Jimmy was my attorney. He couldn't believe how such a reputed attorney could take my case when my ex left me penniless. My ex initially tried to scare me off then started threatening me through people and later when he realized that I was constantly consulting Jimmy, he wanted to reconcile with me. Mr. White can understand people very well. I cannot forget those words, when I first started earning, Jimmy told me "you first eat and be healthy and pay me later". I can't believe anyone attorney had ever said or will ever say that to their client. Mr. White is very prompt with his emails and replies even during weekends. I had emails from him really early in the mornings and even late night. His team is also very good but he is exceptional. My ex-husband planned everything so well that entire situation was against me. It was only Jimmy who turned the situation such that I had roof over my head and food in my plate- when I was not allowed to work. I am based in Fairbanks and Jimmy attended the case over telephone. Jimmy is very reputed attorney and every time the judge would talk to Jimmy, I could see a smile on the judge's face. I can go pages after pages praising this gentleman. If you need an attorney for anything Jimmy White is your man. Jimmy recently represented me on a family custody case, and was worth every penny. Legal fees can be quite expensive, attorneys are not cheap. Make sure you hire the right one, get the best bang for your buck. You want someone like Jimmy that will always be available, always have an ace up their sleeve, and always be in your corner. Jimmy was/is knowledgeable, resourceful, and approachable. Jimmy got me everything i asked for even against the most formidable legal team. With Mr. White by my side i always felt confident, included, and informed every step of the way. I had to fight tooth and nail, and Jimmy was by my side the entire time. As great as it was to have Jimmy sitting next to me in a courtroom, i think it would be a total nightmare to go against him in a court of law. A true professional, and a sharpshooter, he was never flustered, or unprepared. To the contrary, he always had the right answer, was/is well spoken and often make the opposing attorney look foolish or amateur. I would recommend Councilor Jimmy E. White to anyone i know. Jimmy White is an honest and hard working individual. I was lucky enough to get Jimmy to represent my in my divorce case. Being the under dog from the get go, (my ex held all our assets, and much higher income than me, and false accusations from my ex putting my custody of our children at risk) Jimmy kept me grounded. I was being bullied, and harassed by my ex for two years. Jimmy not only was patient with me and the system, but he always came across as a very intelligent and class act kind of man. My ex lied in court, lied about my integrity, called me horrible names. Jimmy kept me focused and went above and beyond as an attorney. I consider Jimmy a friend. Thank you Jimmy!

Last year, I was blind sighted with divorce papers while visiting my parents in New Jersey. At that time, I was unemployed with a toddler in my care. My ex-husband was making unreasonable demands. Jimmy helped assure me that there were case logs in place that would make it almost impossible for a judge to rule in his favor. Jimmy responded effectively to several motions that were filed against me. I had a lingering fear that my daughter would be taken from me, or that I would be made to return to Alaska. This did not happen, of course. Towards the end, Jimmy worked toward revising a parenting plan that would work for both me and my ex husband. The trial was relatively brief and we were able to end on an amicable note. I received full physical custody as Jimmy had anticipated, as well as shared legal custody. My ex-husband was made to bear some of my legal expenses. I find that Jimmy is very approachable and has a pleasant demeanor. It was very easy to get a hold of him whenever I called. As I've been recently employed and earning very little, Jimmy helped me greatly with my bill, and I really appreciate that. I wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy.

His approach with the case was handled professionally and every step taken was thought out throughly for an ultimate final victory. Jimmy cared about my opinions and feelings. During the whole process, Jimmy and his team were very efficient, detailed, and thoughtful as they replied to all phone calls and emails in a timely manner. At the end of my divorce case, it turned 180 degrees from a very bad situation into a good result. I am happy with my divorce case closure. Going through a divorce is a very tough period in life.
