DO NOT HIRE DAN OR ANYONE FROM THIS LAW OFFICE. If I could give a lower star rating I would. I hired Dan to take care of my divorce case while I was deployed in Afghanistan. During the initial consultation Dan did a VERY good job of making me feel like I was going to be very well taken care of. As soon as he got my money I NEVER heard from him or anyone in his office unless I repeatedly called over and over. The case still wasn’t resolved by the time I got back from deployment (which was fine) so I showed up in person on the final court hearing and NO ONE from his office even showed up!! And they assured me that I wouldn’t be alone in that courtroom!!! I honestly don’t know what “service” I even paid for other than the simple filing of divorce papers!! After the case was resolved I had to call his office every single day for almost 2 months to get the remainder of my retainer back. By the time they finally cut me a check, they had slapped another $400 in charges on there. I am MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED with the service I was given and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to this law office for any sort of legal representation. Dan Allan and his associates are unprofessional and an embarrassment to the legal services industry. If you value your money and the service it buys, please for the love of god go somewhere other than this office. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and spread the word about them too, no one should have to receive the service I did for the amount of money I paid.

My uncle was represented by this law firm and their lawyers don't even represent him properly. The cost was way over-priced for not doing a fair job. This law office should call quite. Don't recommend to anyone! Poor performance in the courtroom and outside the courtroom.

I called the first time for a consultation about divorce. The lady I spoke with sounded like a ditsy blonde and made it all sound so easy with a "oh, yeah. You got him." Divorce isn't that easy so I didn't use them. I called another time for an issue with my minor son and criminal charges. I spoke with Dan Allan this time who pretty much told me to pay the retainer and he would see what he could do. Uh...no. I went to Denali Law Group for a free consult and the lawyer was so great. He took an hour of his time and went over all 3 various legal issues I had. I walked away not needing his services and he told me what I needed to do to fix the main issue I was dealing with and gave me steps for the others before I had to go back. That is what I expect from an attorney. Some one who looks out for me and my family, not their own wallets. Don't go here.

Dan Allen and his staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I’ve needed advice. I have always been able to get in touch with Dan. If he isn’t in the office he’s usually in court and I’ll get a follow up call promptly. His staff also seems very family with all things legal. I can get advice from anyone I speak to. I had Dan personally take of the first half of my custody case. Later, I had Kris take over and I was blown away with how thorough and knowledgeable Kris was. He filed motions so much faster than the opposition. My ex’s lawyer took weeks to file motions, while Kris took only hours. I would highly recommend Kris, and Dan to represent you in any case! Also, the price has been very appropriate. Good luck finding someone else who works this hard. Thank you Dan and Kris, your whole firm has helped me so much.

I would seriously give lower if I could. Dan passed me on to 3 of his assistant lawyers and they were all fresh out of school. I basically had to defend myself in court because the lawyers spoke like idiots. In addition, Larissa Hail almost never contacted me and I feel like I was bugging them to take care of my case which I paid in advance. All my cases we're pretty cut and dry and I even told them what I wanted to happen yet I got 0 results.

Horrible law firm. I had a consultation with Dan, who seemed knowledgeable, but was later and unbeknownst to me assigned a totally different lawyer who retired in the middle of my case, upon which I got a newbie who didn't know anything. Not only did I lose, but in an agreed upon shared custody agreement in mediation, I somehow lost even that by bad filing and representation. Absolutely do not hire this firm. Horrible experience, and I'm seven years down the road just writing this review to warn other people.

I hired Dan Allan to represent me in my divorce/custody case but Immediately after receiving my retainer he assigned an attorney who was fresh out of law school named Larissa Hail. Since my case was very complicated and had many different issues that had to be addressed I assumed that someone who knew what they were doing was going to represent me, I was wrong! She never returned my calls or emails and when she finally did it was only after I would write an email stating how dissatisfied I was with the way she was handling my case! After several motions were filed with wrong information on them due to her not allowing me to read through them before filing them and the lack of communication on her part I eventually had to take a deal I was totally unhappy with just so I could get some kind of visitation with my daughter! I had evidence proving everything I was saying was the truth and that what he was saying was not true but she refused to file anything I had and the very few things she did finally file were the things that were not even worth filing! If you need an attorney that will be on your side and want to get the most out of the money you have to pay then look elsewhere cause this firm is not looking out for what is in your best interest at all! At the price of $295 and $395 per hour you should get something more than a fresh out of law school no nothing attorney who can’t even return a call or bother to get information on motions filed with the court correct!
