Unprofessional and disorganized behavior
“The first time I dropped them off for him to review, he claimed I never provided to him. The next time, he barely read them in preparation for my mediation. He showed up to the zoom mediation as he was vacationing in Florida, extremely unprofessional.”

Unresponsive and not available during business hours
“Everytime I went to the office, during business hours, *random times*, the office was locked. They have a little mailbox that payments can be dropped in but in that neighborhood- no thanks.”
