I never thought I would need a criminal defense lawyer, and then I was charged with a crime this summer and I was terrified. I read online about nearly every defense lawyer in the valley and contacted maybe a dozen different law firms, and I can tell you now that picking Mr. Scharboneau to represent me was one of the BEST choices I have ever made! He and his paralegal, Tiffany, were incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable about the law and were always happy to answer any questions I had. When Mr. Scharboneau took my case, we spoke again on the phone and he reviewed everything with me, and then since he knew how nervous I was, he told me to try and sit back and relax because he was going to handle everything for me now. And he did exactly that! He was able to get the prosecution to agree to a plea deal in which I take an online class and pay a small diversion fee, and then the charges against me will be dropped completely. I only had to appear in court once to enter the plea, and Mr. Scharboneau was there with me and we reviewed and signed everything together before entering the court room.
