From the beginning to the end Jason made the whole legal process very easy to understand and kept me in the loop for all goings on with the case. Any time I had a question he always knew exactly what to say to lead me in the right direction. He was able to get my case settled out of court which was a huge plus. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a lawyer in the Phoenix area.

This was my first experience with the law and Jason did a great job of explaining my options and all the possibilities, he could have easily suggested that I should take the first offer (which was a good one) from the prosecutor, but he put in the extra effort to counter that offer and was able to get me a deferred ruling. In March 2014 I was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident. After the accident, we asked about getting a hold of a good Lawyer and was given the name of Faith Law. After contacting the owner of Faith Law, we were told that Mr. Eastman would get a hold of us. Within an hour, Mr. Eastman contacted me and came to my home to meet with me as I was not able to get around. Mr. Eastman was very professional, caring and concern for my well being. Mr. Eastman told my wife and I not to worry as he will take care of all my legal concerns and I was told to concentrate on getting better. Mr. Eastman worked very hard to ensure that everything would be taken care of and I was not to worry. If he needed anything from me, he would contact with additional information that he would need. Mr. Eastman took care of all my legal matters and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was covered and done in regards to my case. My settlement was more than I was expecting and with all the hard work that Mr. Eastman has done for us really showed the professionalism of his profession. I had an initial consult with Jason ( Lawyer research ) for a matter that, if not resolved in a good way, would have adversely affected my career. This was my first time needing the services of a personal injury attorney. I engaged Mr. Eastman as I had worked with the law firm in the past on business related issues. During my first meeting with Jason, I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain the process that was going to play out. He was not overly aggressive with an attitude of 'we will sue the pants off them' but rather an attitude of what do you want to see happen and explaining what a fair result would be. In all our subsequent conversations Jason always expressed concern about my recovery, explained what was happening with my claim, and what the next step was. It took 10 months to resolve my claim but not sure if that was average or not as I have never had to make a personal injury claim before. My only criticism is that at times I had to initiate contact with Jason to get an update. He always responded promptly but I would liked to have a bit more proactive effort. In summary, I felt very satisfied and comfortable working with Jason. I believed he always had my best interests forefront, was patient with all my questions, and worked for a fair agreement with all parties.
