I have known Tom for 20 years. He is one of the brightest men I know. I have been consulting with him for 15 years in both personal and business matters. He has been a remarkable adviser and attorney in all cases. He continues to represent me and I have complete faith in him both personally and professionally.

Thomas showed great concern for my needs. When I called his office I knew that I was going to talk to him and that gave me peace of mind. Best lawyer in the West Valley in my humble opinion!

Tom provided our family with a living trust. He gave specific detailed instructions on how to make the trust work best for our situation. During the past two years he has called us to make minor enhancements on the trust as a benefit to us. Tom also got me out of a predicament with an unscrupulous time share company.

I called Mr. Shoaf for a consultation regarding a dispute with my neighbor. I assumed that I would be charged for the consultation, however, Mr. Shoaf refused. He candidly let me know that my case was simple and that I would likely succeed representing myself based on the information that I provided in our phone call. He also informed me that because my case was a small claims court issue, it was not practical nor necessary to hire an attorney. His communication was also sincere, which helped to put me at ease as this has become an extremely stressful dispute with my neighbor. Mr. Shoaf was even reassuring, neither rushing me nor making me feel insignificant compared to more prestigious clientele. I appreciated his time and sincere demeanor and offered to write this review as a token of my gratitude.

Thomas Schoaf approaches complicated issues with careful analysis, identifying the goals, probing all possible outcomes, and creatively working toward a solution that is in the best interest of his client. He never gets rattled and always has his eye on the ball. His creative approaches are nothing short of masterful. It has been a great experience working with him over many years.

Tom has helped me and my business several times. He has worked on contracts, leases, real estate purchases, and estate planning. We also use him often as a business advisor.

Absolute worst! All of these 5 star reviews are from a year+ ago and I guess a lot must have changed since then because my 72 year old disabled mother has been going thru the world's longest bankruptcy with this horrible firm! Wright hasn't been seen or heard from since the first meeting when we hired him. Rose is the worst secretary /paralegal I've ever dealt with, completely incompetent and zero communication or transparency. They advised my mom to stop paying her bills, but said she can only have $300 in her bank account at the time of filling (chapter 7). They've waited so long to file that she had a $5k savings account built up to put towards her retirement, but she's at risk of having to hand it over! They also wanted her to pay over $3k just to keep her vehicle because they forgot she was disabled which qualifies for a higher dollar threshold under chapter 7. If they would have filled it timely or if they had suggested chapter 11, she wouldn't have to fight to keep her cash and car. Furthermore, she has to provide them with updated paycheck stubs and bank statements every 2 weeks that they keep waiting around! Horrible inconvenience! Pick anyone else! I picked this place due to the 5 star reviews and being located in Avondale, but we've had to drive to their Phoenix location to drop off the paperwork every time they need something new!
