I connected with Denise through ARAG. Denise supported me in a probate case where the co-guardian was neglecting the ward. Denise was incredibly professional and provided superior guidance to me. She is very bright, particularly in probate law. She stood strong for me (and the ward), resulting in a petition that received no objections and a ruling in our favor. I feel so grateful to have connected with Denise. She has taught me so much and I know I will leverage her expertise in the future.

Denise Riden brought it all to the table. With her deep knowledge of the judges and processes of the local courts and strategies in a broad range of proceedings, Ms. Riden guided me through my divorce, keeping the discussion focused on preparation for each step and compliance with the court requests. Her style is honest and direct, which was perfect for how I manage my business as well as navigating my emotional ups and downs through the process. Engaging in counsel in stressful times is risky in the best of circumstances, but I got lucky and will stick with Denise.

She did not have patience to listen to my situation for a consultation. Offhand she wanted me to retain her for $4250 and then do the consultation. She spent about 2 minutes on the phone, collected my MetLife legal plan fee through my work and said, “I’m going to hang up the phone, goodbye”.

I used her for my divorce. She was great.

She was very professional. She was realistic; but her attitude was hopeful. I retained her until my son was 18; for several years.

I have used Mrs. Riden on quite a few occasions and she has always been curtious, helpful and very professional. She is the best attorney I have used so far. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Denise started off engaged in the process. She became uninterested after some time. She would regularly fill things out incorrectly. I think I spent as much time going over everything and correcting things than I would have if I'd just represented myself. I would not recommend her at all.
