Superb service from Mr. Knochel and his staff Mr Knochel handled my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy a few years ago and I couldnt have been in better hands!!! I went to him when I was about to lose my home and he helped me stay in my home for as long as possible which was much, much longer than others in the same position as me! Also, not only was EVERYONE in his office helpful and caring, but Mr Knochel himself ALWAYS took the time to reach out to me by phone and by email with ANY questions I might have had (and there were many!). He also kept in touch with me after it was all said and done to make sure I was happy and "If there was anything else he could help me with dont hesitate to call". Mr Knochel isnt only out for money....he truly cares about the people who come to him, he knows this is a difficult part of anyones life, if they are seeking his help and I couldnt have asked for a better BANKRUPTCY LAWYER!!!!! My sister and I contacted Nicholas Darus, Law Attorney at Knochel Knochel & Darus Law Offices, regarding my dad's surviving second wife mishandling his Trust as successor trustee. Nicholas is very knowledgeable in both Trust law and Arizona law. He answered our questions in phone calls and emails and guided us through the whole legal process in every detail as we were beneficiaries of my dad's Trust. Nicholas was always looking out for our best interest and tried to resolve our case as swiftly as possible while minimizing costs; however, we still had to go to court in Bullhead, AZ. I was very impressed how he handled himself in court and argued our case with utmost professionalism and knowledge. I definitely felt that we had the best lawyer in the court room. Whenever opposing council presented their side, Nicholas countered with the facts of our case in regards to Trust law as he presented our side to the judge. In the end we had a satisfying outcome. Our case took over a year to resolve and Nicholas always kept us informed of the timeline so we had reasonable expectations. Carol J., the receptionist at the office, also handled our emails and calls and was friendly and responsive. I am very glad that things worked out fairly well in our case. I had no idea who to call for my divorce as it was a fairly simple one. When I called Knochel Knochel & Darius Law Offices I spoke with Carol who was very nice and informative. She set up a phone appointment for me to speak to Kieth Knochel who was also very nice and professional, I explained my circumstances and the process began. The fee was reasonable and Carol and Helen were both very helpful. They both got back to me the same day if I had any questions. Divorce is always a stressful experience.
