Ms. Brown represented us in a contract dispute with a company that had misrepresented the benefits associated with their time share company. We did not become aware of this deception until it was too late to cancel the contract, according the the rules of the company. We contacted Ms. Brown at the time we learned that we had been "misinformed" by the company. She was very responsive to our initial call and at that time provided much needed advice on how to proceed. Now, 5 months later, the dispute has been resolved, and the company has agreed to rescind the contract, and all of our money has been returned to us. We credit Ms. Brown for her part in this happy resolution. At all times she showed a high level of professionalism. She is an attorney whom one can trust to be fully on one's side, and her topmost priority is clearly the welfare of her clients. At times during this dispute, we felt at a loss about what to do, and Ms. Brown gave us needed direction and a sense of confidence that we had a legitimate complaint. Dealing with an unscrupulous employer whose actions are both reprehensible and damaging is never an enjoyable experience. Not only does the fear of losing one’s job cause overwhelming emotional distress, but the fear of other possible repercussions and burdens does as well. She was good at getting all the information put together to make it easier for me to understand what was going on. Would like to have seen her a little more prepared when it went to court, but for being new to the state she did alright.
