Hi all, My name is Robert . I was charged with 4 DUI’s in Pinal county. I had retained an attorney in Josh Wallace. Josh Wallace believed in me and my case right from the start. I am innocent of all charges. Anyways, my attorney Josh had investigated and gathered all the evidence and expert witnesses that he needed to support me in my case. What a lawyer!!! This man was focused and determined to win. That he did. I ended going to trial and being acquitted by a jury of 8 of all charges due to his Passion for the innocence. I had mentioned that he had gathered all the tools he needed for my trial to get the job done. Josh Wallace showed so much passion and determination to Show the jury the truth, even though the prosecution kept on putting up road blocks some how Josh was very creative to get his point across and use the prosecution evidence against them. What a very smart man. Josh is a tall handsome man with a power voice. He is definitely a force to be reckoned with. If I could compare him to anyone it would be Abraham Lincoln. He kept me cool calm & collective and listened to my input thru the entire process. If your seeking an attorney I would recommend him 100%. I am writing this review in regards to my husband who had Josh Wallace as his attorney. He was being charged with an aggravated DUI and drug charges. My husband has a problem and Josh did not once label him because of his charges I've always heard how some lawyers look at charges and right away think "yeah seen it before" not Josh. He offered my husband every legal right turn and advised him against damaging decisions. He saw my husband not as a criminal but a "good guy" who just needs help breaking addiction.. During the worst moment in my life involving a family member Josh was able to let my husband spend 2 extra days with me and his kids. when my aunt and uncle needed an attorney for their daughter (same family member as i mentioned above) I knew exactly who to refer. Joshua Wallace is the first appointed attorney in my case where I was Never in trouble before. The court mailed me a plea of probation or a year and six months in jail. And Joshua got me unsupervised probation for 12 months when they prosicutors tried to give me supervised probation for 18 months. He's fast to act and knows what he's doing. He is one of the Best I highly recommend him.
