I retained Mr. David Yuhas in August of 2013 in regards to a modification of parenting time. There were many proceedings that followed, Discovery and Disclosure, Mental Health Evaluations, counseling record review, drug testing orders, and two Hearing dates. Mr. Yuhas new exactly what to do at exactly the right time. Files where always presented to me for my review and filed properly and promptly. In the court room, his litigation was precise and professional, and a bit intimidating due to his knowledge base. The end result was Full Sole, Legal and Physical Custody of my son. I would recommend retaining Mr. Yuhas if you intend on getting the result you pay for. If I need another attorney in the future I will certainly call Mr. David Yuhas.
