We had a family member that ended up in some trouble and needed help. She has a condition that doesn't help her in stressful situations. Mr Marner is a true professional! He spent the time necessary to listen and understand her as well as build a trust that gave her the strength to speak while under pressure. We are very grateful to have had him representing her! A laborer employee of our home renovation company was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana. Matthew Marner was the most pleseant & educated lawyer I've came across. We sat down and wrote goals of what I wanted and needed, Matthew was able to accomplish all of them. Matt was my lawyer in criminal traffic violations in 2014. I had one felony charge and several misdemeanors. He went into great depth looking into my case making sure every angle was covered. One morning while at work my son calls me up and advises me he is being brought down the police station for questioning - I leave work to get down to the police station to find out my son has been arrested but they will not tell me for what. I immediately call my pastor and he gives me the name of Matt Marner an attorney he knew. Matt spoke to me throughout the day until I spoke to my son at 6 p.m. My son advises me that his bail hearing was at 11 p.m. Matt says I can throw on a suit and meet you down there. Awesome - well at 6:45 p.m. my son calls me back says my bail hearing was changed to 8 p.m. and they say I can't have an attorney with me. I immediately call Matt back and advise him of the situation - he meets me at the courthouse one hour later to represent my son. On the way to the courthouse he calls me on my cell to try and calm me down and get some information on my son. Matt was able to get my son released on his own recognizance, with an ankle bracelet and a court date. What Matt was able to do on such short notice is nothing short of a miracle. While I hope my son never needs Matt's services again I know who to go to should he get into another mess. I would not hesitate to give Matt's name to anyone that might find themselves in a mess. I had the privilege of working with Attorney Marner on a professional basis. He is one of the most diligent, dedicated, and knowledgable attorneys I have ever met.
