My wife and I had engaged Jeff initially a couple of years ago for estate planning. We had a couple of unique issues as ours is a second marriage and my wife is not a US citizen. We ultimately had to think through some planning issues and put the planning aside. Over the course of a couple of years Jeff politely reminded us via email that he was available when we were ready to finish our planning and documentation. Well we finally resolved our issues in 2020 and reached out to Jeff who picked up without missing a beat. In the course of a couple of weeks we executed our documents and were able to complete our process. Jeff and his associates made the process clear and while professional was laid back and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him for estate planning and related work.

I wish I could say quick and easy but that's not how it works. The Moak Law Firm makes it as painless as possible and I would recommend looking no further and setting up a consult. Much of the work can be done online on their portal which you can tell took years to establish. Not always do you know what the status is when you work with a lawyer but that was never a problem. If you need a process and company that walks you through it, and gives you a checklist. That makes sure you have everything and that the invite is on your calendar then your search is over if you want it to be.

I initiated legal action against Mr. Moak for legal malpractice regarding his handling of my chapter 7 bankruptcy case, which resulted in a ruling in my favor due to his negligence in managing my chapter 7 proceedings. Subsequently after filing suit for malpractice, Mr. Moak opted to retaliate (IMHO) by counter-suing me for $13K without providing any prior notice through an invoice or demand letter while I was his client. His counterclaim lawsuit was unsuccessful, highlighting his questionable ethical conduct towards clients or former clients when he is held accountable in a lawsuit. I strongly advise conducting thorough research on his professional conduct through the Arizona bar, where he has faced previous suspension for unethical behavior. It's worth noting that he operates without malpractice insurance, raising further concerns about his reliability and accountability.

I absolutely love this firm! They work fast and Efficient! I would recommend them to anyone .. you would think BK would be a headache, it wasn’t working with them!
