If I could give no stars I would. I went to this law firm for help with a bankruptcy and got screwed out of $1,000.00! I wasn't filing because I was being foreclosed on or my vehicle was being repossessed. I simply needed to fix my credit to buy a house for me and my kids. I am a single mother that lost he job during the COVID-19 pandemic and even though they did no work, they kept every cent of my money!! And then even took an additional $250.00 out of my account weeks later. When I spoke to Mr. Moak I understood that I wasn't going to get the entire amount back but because of 2 phone conversation that took less that 30 minutes, they kept $1,000.00!!!!! I have never felt more disappointed in a person or company before. Taking money from a single mother that just lost her job is just criminal and not right. I will not go back there when I get back to work and I will let everyone know about my experience with Walter Moak and his law firm!!!!

Todd Coolidge is an outstanding lawyer. Never having been in trouble with the law before, we felt like deer in the headlights of a car. His professional attitude towards us and our case gave us a bit of ease. He (even though we asked millions of questions along the way) made us feel as though our case was as important to him as much as it was to us. He answered all of (what we felt may have been "stupid questions") with nothing but clarity and honesty. In the end, Todd was able to get us the best possible outcome in a case in which we were facing felony charges. In fact, Todd got those charges dropped to a misdemeanor and we were able to go on with our lives knowing Todd has our back, even after all court appearances were finished. Todd never promised any outcomes in our case, but he always seemed to over-deliver. Todd was very smart in our preparation and guided us in a way that we were preemptively prepared for up to and including worse case scenario..
