Excellent experience, always kept me up to date with everything that was happening. They also helped me relax and not stress out during the process!!

My wife and I paid this man upfront $500 while in his office. We had gone to file a bankruptcy and after we had paid him the money to start the process he then, after the fact, gave us education materials and told us we had to uses his little schooling...and charged us another $3500 to finish the bankruptcy! Well he conned us our of our money we needed to get a real attorney and I don't like it.

Bernard is very knowledgeable about estate planning and timely with the documents. He's does what he says he will do within the time frame he gives you...simply a pleasure with which to work!

I was really unsure and nervous taking this step. From the first Attorney I spoke to at the Moak Lawfirm, Martin, to meeting with Attorney Josh to sign the petition to meeting with Attorney Charles at the Meeting of the Creditors, every person I have dealt with through this entire process has been phenomenal.
