Todd Simpson is the best lawyer you could get. He fought for me and my son and he is happy to see you get custody and rights that you deserve. He cares about your situation it’s more than just a case number for him. I would recommend him every single time.

Chad is NOT a trial lawyer. Prior to my family members case he had never actually gone to trial. He consistently underestimated the prosecutor. During the trial the prosecutor used leading questions with the expert witness consistently and Chad never once objected, just sat there quietly. When he cross examined he never challenged the prosecutors questioning and was a very weak cross examiner. Chad ultimately failed to present a clear defense when there were clear avenues to get the prosecutions evidence thrown out. The judge looked bewildered by Chad's lack of objections and inability to challenge the presecution. By the end of the trial you could tell Chad was very inexperienced and overwhelmed by a trial. Do Not Recommend!!
