Inexperienced in trial proceedings and unable to effectively challenge the prosecution
“Chad is NOT a trial lawyer. Prior to my family members case he had never actually gone to trial. He consistently underestimated the prosecutor. During the trial the prosecutor used leading questions with the expert witness consistently and Chad never once objected, just sat there quietly.”
