I hired Tim Tobin to defend me for a misdemeanor charge that had the potential for jail time. After my initial meeting I was somewhat relieved moving forward. Unlike some lawyers, who you have to chase down for concerns/questions, Tims practice has a portal set up for you personally. I was able to call, e-mail and communicate via the portal. Whichever method I chose I always received a prompt reply. Tim doesn't sugarcoat or promise anything that all defendants want to hear but never the less, he uses all available information and lets you know what ones options are. After my initial charge was going to be switched to another municipality Tim reached out to the officer who filed the complaint with information that the officer wasn't aware of prior to making the initial charge. Once presented with new evidence by Tim and I'm sure some back and forth the officer declined to move forward with recharging me and the case was. A very satisfied client, Thank you Tim
