I recently created an estate plan with Ryan Hoffman at the Dana Law Group and Ryan was excellent. He acted in a very professional matter and took care of all my needs.

When my ex-wife filed for divorce, I was uncertain if I would need an attorney, and I was hopeful we could work things out between ourselves. However, when my ex-wife began to withhold the children from me, I hired Angela Peacock. Angela was professional, organized, empathic, and aggressive during a very difficult period of my life. What impressed me most about Angela was how she performed in court. We had a 30 minute temporary orders hearing--of which Angela only had 15 minutes to accomplish many things--where the main goal was to get me parenting time. In 15 minutes she was able to get me 50% parenting time with my children, an entire week of make-up parenting time, had the judge offset child support as a means of punishing my ex for withholding the children, and had the court agree that attorney’s fees were not appropriate. Angela also guided me through the rest of my case, and she was able to help me finalize the matter and get me everything I wanted.

Even though I moved to Tucson, I still choose to return to Ryan Hoffman and the Dana Law Group for help with family legal matters as their patience, kindness and willingness to help no matter how "small" the matter may seem. Enough to make me look forward to a trip to the Phoenix area!!

Angela recently represented me in a very unique and emotional divorce case.
