Carol has co-ordinated our process of resolving an intestate will for us when our parents passed away. It was a difficult situation . Carol handled each part of the process with expertise and communicated it all to us really well. Our family live in several different countries and she was able to co-ordinate all 16 heirs in a smooth process to settle the estate. I highly recommend her .

My father died without a will, and my mother had dementia. She is brilliant, and was the perfect mix of patience and compassion (for the mentally ill brother), yet professional and firm. This was my first time with having anything to do with Probate and was intimidated with the thoughts. After meeting with Carol, I left with a significantly better feeling about the process that lay ahead along with knowing that she would be carefully guiding me through this. Her knowledge and professionalism impressed me from the beginning and I truly appreciated what she was doing to care for the outcome of these proceedings. There was one small area where my opinion differed from hers, but she was quick to accept my decision and continued with our best interests in mind.
