Impossible to overstate how unique the approach, personalities, support and outcomes are from NOVO. The team supports through some of lifes most challenging moments and do so with a healthy mix of compassion and empathy combined with a level of confidence and client centricity. Can't recommend NOVO enough in a sea of choices. 5 stars, A+ experience from end to end.

Galen was incredibly supportive and compassionate after the car accident I was involved in, even before I hired him. SG Law was truly amazing to work. We were so luck to have them represent us in an auto accident. They were tough, aggressive and filed a lawsuit rather than accept a low-ball settlement. I would highly recommend Galen Satterlee and would not hesitate to use him and the firm again.

I couldn’t have asked for better help then what Jay provided for me. I was in a tough spot trying to navigate through a custody/relocation. Jay was very knowledgeable, kind, and extremely quick to respond to all my questions, emails and writing up responses. I would highly recommend NOVO and Jay to anyone.
