Mr. Choi provided legal representation for me against a local car dealership in the Phoenix Valley in 2010. After months of back-and-forth in what seemed like fighting City Hall, and while in a state of complete distress, frustration, and desperation, I turned to another lawyer who ultimately pointed me in Mr. Choi’s direction. Within a matter of weeks, he was able to discover evidence of wrongdoing by the dealership, and a few months later we settled out of court after he put an immense amount of pressure on the dealership’s legal team. I was able to acquire the vehicle that I wanted all along—with monthly payments that were reduced significantly—and the dealership had to ultimately pay for all of my expenses which finally gave me some peace of mind. Mr. Choi also provided legal support to my father after he was injured in an automobile accident while visiting Arizona. I had to contact Mr. Choi after purchasing a car in Scottsdale. There were issues with the extended warranty (the dealership charged me for one but they never paid for it). In the middle of May 2022 I signed a purchase agreement for a vehicle from a dealership. Two weeks later the car we can having mechanical issues. After a few days of the vehicle being in the shop the service manager informed me that there's no warranty. (Contract shows that it was an add on) The sales manager then contacted me and told me that they can make a new deal with me but it will require an additional down payment. I asked for a refund of my down payment and they said they were not able to do that since I had driven the vehicle for x amount of miles. Later they agreed to a partial refund. I was scheduled to get my belongings from the vehicle today, July 6, 2022. It has been a stressful two weeks and I had just about given up on getting my full down payment back. I came across Mr. Choi's contact information and I sent him and three other attorneys an inquiry. Mr. Choi responded within minutes! I thought for a second that it was an automatic response. But no, it was truly him. I gathered the purchase agreement / contract documents and set up a time to meet him within a couple hours from initial contact! He also considered my economic situation when setting up the consultation fee. I appreciated the consideration However, for my situation, the fee felt a bit high. I'll tell you right now, it was worth every penny!! During the consultation he reviewed the documents with me.
