I first called Lou's office right after my son was born (April 2018) for help with issues with my child's father.. October 2019, I had my last visit to their office.. For a YEAR AND A HALF, I was in contact with Lou's office on a weekly basis for most of that time. I can't even begin to describe how happy I am that I hired him to represent me and stand for me. Him & his staff ALWAYS do what they say they are going to do , when they say they are going to do it. They made me feel that I was a priority & almost a family kind of vibe. They genuinely care & are so friendly and patient (even when I called a couple times a day). They are all efficient, they do not sugar coat anything, and I feel that they go above and beyond however they can. I have NOTHING bad to say about anything. I am actually almost sad that I no longer need to be in contact with them lol. I am extremely pleased with the way my case went. Just to clarify, the reason it took so long is only because my child's father was up north working on himself for about 6-8 months of it & everything was being held up because of that. Lou is amazing at what he does, he is punctual, educated, and is not afraid to go head to head if that's what it will take to get the job done! I would recommend Louis Lombardo to everyone ! Thank ya'll for all that you have done for me and my family, I am forever grateful for you.
