Excellent experience!

I cannot say enough about AFF. The entire team at AFF is exceptional. I had previously retained three different Flagstaff attorneys and found them to be incompetent, indifferent, and despicable. Marc, Andy, and the team at AFF were thorough, competent, and ethical. Their communications were excellent and I was treated with dignity and respect. Don't take a chance on hiring just any attorney if your life depends on it. Had it not been for Mark and Andy I'd be in prison for the remainder of my life. Marc Victor and Andrew Marcantel fully represented my husband from the time they took the case to the very end. They became familiar with our case, planned for the case and prepared all the way to the end of the case-even for losing if that happened. They answered every question we had and were always available. No stone was left unturned to make sure my husband was represented with compassion as well as obtaining the outcome he deserved. After retaining 3 attorneys before them, we felt defeated and lost. We traveled out of town to find them as my husband was facing future prison time due to an event that was unforeseeable and unavoidable. Our constitutional rights were being challenged. If there is anyone reading this who believe if they do everything "right" nothing will happen to them, then they're wrong. Bad things do happen to good people. Thankfully , Marc, Andy and his team ,naming only a few; Ashley, Monica, Kaylie and Julie are supportive and DO give the best they can give. My husband is HOME with me now and I cannot thank them enough. After retaining other attorneys, I know this could not have happened without Attorneys for Freedom. Although we weren't aware of the program earlier, I recommend the Attorneys on Retainer Program. They are epic. You never know.

It was difficult time in my life when I found Attorneys for Freedom. I met a few different members of the staff everyone was helpful, understanding and there for what I needed. I had just come from another attorneys office that couldn't accomplish what I needed and took advantage of me and Attorneys for Freedom was a complete 180. They did everything they said they would. Andy was my main attorney. He talked me through everything, fought for me and was there when I had any questions. The same goes for Howard, who also assisted with my case. Ashley, the paralegal, always responded to emails so quickly even on the weekends and late in the evening. Especially coming from an attorneys office that did not have my best interest in mind, I was overwhelmed with how great my experience was with Attorneys for Freedom. I can say with confidence that my life would not be the same had I not met them. Thank you!

Marc and Andy were consummate pros during their assistance with a family member's pre-trial events and trial. Besides being impressed with their knowledge of the law and the justice system, we were comforted by their personal emotional investment in a positive outcome. They worked like mules - very smart, caring mules. (I can joke a little now that the trauma is over.) Seriously, if your life and well-being are on the line, call these guys. We also found their office staff to be conscientious, caring, and prompt.

The most unprofessional law firm in Arizona. The employee (you know who I am talking about) there is a liar and a thief. I couldn't be more upset about how unqualified this law firm is to handle my case. Lied to me from the beginning about their program. lied about cancelling my account. Continued to steal my money for months till I was forced to call again. I specifically request to never speak to their employee and asked for the manager multiple times but they refused. Continued to lie to me about their role in the office. I advise all who wish to have legal help, find somewhere else. Its not worth the time with this guy.
