There aren't enough superlatives or higher praise I could give for Andy Marcantel and Marc Victor. They are without question the "cream of the crop" when it comes to legal representation. From the onset after hiring them, their professionalism and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and they rescued me from a very long and difficult legal battle. These guys are worth every penny hands down. I could write an entire essay about why they deserve a five-star rating. I started out with an "affordable" attorney who gave me some ill advice and allowed things to progress further than they ever should have. Thankfully, Marc was recommended to me and I never looked back. Marc is a fellow former Marine who still fights like one in the courtroom. In an oral argument, Marc pulverized the prosecutor who looked completely incompetent in comparison. This lead to the grand jury's indictment being dropped and after a second jury indicted again (the grand jury process almost always indicts) Marc filed to remand this decision but the prosecution threw in the towel. They offered a plea deal that led to all charges being dropped so I swallowed my pride and accepted. If it hadn't been for the expertise of Marc and his staff I would have surely been forced to risk going to trial despite my case being an unjust farce. From the paperwork to the courtroom these guys don't miss a beat. Marc's motions and responses were usually more than twice as long and detailed than the prosecution's. Marc even corrected the Judge and stopped her from entering an incorrect judgment on a plea that does not occur very often. I'm extremely thankful to Marc, Andrew, and all of his staff. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to win.

I have never had to hire an attorney for anything in my life, so when I finally needed to, I decided to go to Andrew Marcantel, and that was the best decision I could have ever made. Andy is not only super knowledgeable beyond compare, he is straightforward and honest. He was always available to answer my questions and let me tell you, I had a lot of them! Just wanted to start by saying they were amazing, Seriously the best Firm! Howard D worked with me through the whole DUI process and got me the least amount time and fines possible.
