Marc Victor was referred to me by my step-father, a tax, probate, and estate planning attorney in the valley for over 45 years, so I knew Marc had to be top notch. After becoming an NRA certified firearms instructor, I attended lectures and panel discussions led by Marc and was impressed with his knowledge, passion, character, and integrity. When he came out with the Attorney on Retainer program, I thought it was an obvious no-brainer, as responsibly armed citizens, my husband and I both chose to become members. Like any insurance, you hope you’ll never need to use it. Then we were involved in a traffic incident. I called the number on the membership card at 10:00 PM on the Friday night of a holiday weekend and Howard responded immediately. He walked us through everything and set up a strategy planning session for first thing Monday morning, the holiday. Throughout our case we were treated with kindness, respect, and made to feel like our case, although minor, was always a priority. The office staff was warm and welcoming, communication from paralegals kept us regularly updated on case status and Howard was easily accessible and responsive, despite his busy schedule. Howard went above and beyond, although it was a simple traffic violation, Howard attacked our case as if our entire livelihood depended on it. He validated our concerns, helped us understand the judicial process, and truly delivered in the courtroom. Howard attended to every detail, including aspects of our case that we had not even considered. I can’t express how grateful we are for the Attorney on Retainer program, if we didn’t have it, we surely wouldn’t have been able to afford the stellar representation of Howard and his team. The Attorney on Retainer program is extremely affordable, with no monthly contract, and for us it has already paid for itself. Attorneys for Freedom is the best defense team in the valley and when your life, your family, and your freedom depend on it, you need the best! I requested assistance from this law firm through their website. I really didn't want to waste their time. The quality response I recieved back absolutely exceeded my expectations. The service here is good. The people at this firm REALLY ARE decent attorneys who care about the people that they serve. In my opinion and although it shouldn't be like this, it is very difficult to find many attorneys like that these days. I came to the offices facing an extreme DUI and a list of other charges. After extensive research, I chose to try them based on the reviews I read. From the consultation to the end of the case I was continuously impressed by the aggressiveness and professionalism of their team. Not only was I impressed by the attorneys, but the office staff was astoundingly courteous and prompt. Their team of attorneys are thorough, straight to the point and do not settle, instead they fight for you. I was originally looking at 30-120 days in jail along with heavy fines etc. The attorneys were successful in getting the charges reduced to DUI to the slightest degree, all other charges dropped and I was only given 1 day in jail. I couldn't be more happy with the results and am extremely grateful to Howard Dworman and the entire staff. I have friends who have been charged with DUIs and either used a public defender or a cheap lawyer and got hit hard. Exceptional legal services. Not your typical lawyers or law firm. They like to win. It was my experience that they jealously represent their clients. The prosecutor knew Marc Victor by reputation-- which says a lot! Marc himself has a stellar reputation; and a history of not shying away from difficult cases, or those being closely followed by the media. Expensive, however, they are willing to work with most regarding cost, ie payment plans, etc. The practice continues to grow... my personal experience with Marc's staff has been a positive one. Marc and his associates have been interviewed many times by news outlets... search YouTube for old interviews and the like. I've put my future in their hands for a second time, and if this experience is indicative of the first I'll be very pleased.

5 Star all the way. My son got in some hot water with a firearm a few months back in Arizona. We live in California so I had to searched high and low for the best firearms attorney I could find in Arizona. I was fortunate to find Attorneys for Freedom. Drove in from California to meet with Mark. After our meeting I was convinced I needed to look no further. Mark assigned our case to Andrew one of his Top Gun on staff attorneys. Super sharp, easy to work with and best of all knows his stuff. Our case is now finished and the outcome was just as promised. Couldn't be happier. Three felony charges turned into one misdemeanor. Probation and no jail time. Thank you mark and a Special Thank you to Andrew for taking care of us.
