I hired Joan Bundy as my lawyer for 2 issues. One was to retrieve an overpayment of Alimony from my ex-wife and the other was to settle the same alimony issue with the IRS. I was very impressed with the legal services that Joan provided and she was able to assist in me getting my overpaid alimony money back. I still have Joan retained for my IRS issue but that seems to also becoming a closed issue in my favor. Joan works independent of a large firm and really gave me the personal treatment as many of us require in family law matters. Joan offers several different cost packages as well to assist in one's legal costs. I initially talked with another firm (a large family practice here in Phoenix) and I just did not get the warm and fuzzy feeling that they were going to do everything I required.
