Our company had a very persistent and on-going problem with another Amazon seller who refused to stop infringing on our trade dress. Even though our private label brand is registered with Amazon, Amazon did little to enforce its advertised Seller Policies. This seller continued selling a different brand on our highly rated Amazon product page. He was getting a free ride from all of our product page advertising and our stellar customer service.
