We were never assisted, not to the fault of the lawyer but the fault of his admin. We were guided that they took our Legal insurance, and had an appointment booked after speaking with this Firms Admin that the initial call would be no charge that they take our legal insurance. Admin was supposed to call us back to let us know what to have ready for our appointment. After a week, we never heard back, so we called in to inquire. The Admin admitted she forgot to call us, and then all of a sudden let us know that they would not let us use our legal insurance even though on the previous call they said they would take the insurance that our initial call would be no charge, they changed their mind and said it would be $400.00 for the first hour. We were shocked and disappointed, and the Admin was rude when giving us this delayed and altered information. I hope you have a better more professional experience in trying to reach the lawyer. I don't have a review for the lawyer as we never spoke, but the review is for his support which unfortunately reflects on the company.

We needed a Will/Living Trust created because of a heart proceedure my husband neede. The hospital strongly recommended that we have one completed prior to this proceedur.
