Great group of people. We finally got around to getting a trust and will created and CDM Law made it a breeze. From initial consultation to the final doc signing, they were helpful, explained everything and made it a quick/painless experience. I will be using them for any future legal needs.

We had a great experience with Anne and her awesome team (Macy, Natalie and Kaylee). Not only was everything turned around super fast, the team was super accommodative with our unique planning needs. When we came up with last minute changes, they just worked with us to incorporate it asap, no questions asked. For estate planning, this was super helpful because we found the thought process changed once things got "real". Would highly recommend this team.

We asked David Martinez to help us with our Estate planning, he took the time to assess our needs and simplified the documents for easy use. He helped us set up a trust and our end of life healthcare needs. It takes a huge burden off our minds knowing these things are taken care of.

My husband and I had reached out to this office with questions about setting up a family trust (estate plan & will). We were able to utilize the legal insurance that we had purchased through my husband’s employer. We worked with Attorney Anne Nielsen and she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and very patient with us as we worked through the process. We are very pleased with the service we received and would recommend this office to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. Maybe for estate and will planning he is a one star but for probate and estate distribution zero zero!!! Mr.Martinez is not only unprofessional but he lacks the basic knowledge of probate laws in Arizona. He not only took our money and wasted over a year of a grieving families time but There were barley any communication from him to the widowed spouse and what little information he gave to our family was wrong and is now in result costing us more money in hiring a probate lawyer who actually knows the laws but also now everything that the probate process we started with Mr.Martinez is now in jeopardy due to him not advising us on the correct laws and providing wrong information. Don’t waste your time or money with him. He does not care what you will or won’t lose, what someone worked all their life to have. He just wants to do bare minimum job and get paid. Truely embodies what a crooked lawyer is. As to your response correct you didn’t provide services to me directly but you did for my late father in law family members. But also yea you didn’t provide a service because you were not aware of the law and provided wrong information. So I stand by comments, and to add you were paid up front and even after dropping the case without notice to any parties involved and still have the audacity to charge for meetings that were at your request and told the family there wasn’t going to be a charge for said meetings. There is a plethora of more I could say but I’ll leave it at that as I’ve made my point .

I called because my Mom needs to start a new probate process since hers is being closed in 2 weeks and Kaylee who answered the phone said they can’t help us until the probate is closed, even though that’s happening very soon. I let her know that I would like to learn more about the process before and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and she said she hung up the phone on me because I don’t “understand” that they can’t help me. This reflects very bad on this company. How is it ok to hang up the phone on potential customers and refuse to answer a few simple questions? Edit: responding to David, yes you did call. Though we prefer to just let it go and not try to consult with your firm. Kaylee did intentionally hang up the phone. I called back to ask her “did you just hang up the phone?” She said ‘Yes’. How much more clearer can it be.

I found Robert Greer on the Arizona State Bar website while looking for pro-bono help in a lawsuit we were up against. He contacted me right away with invaluable advice on how to proceed and followed up by contacting the attorney who was assigned by our insurance company to speak legalese in my behalf. I am beyond grateful for his humble willingness to help us at an extremely difficult time. Robert is knowledgeable, responsive, genuine, kind and a great listener - everything a lawyer should be!
