When I first contacted Mark Arnett concerning taking a case against the insurance company for my home, he was considerate, respectful, thorough and from the onset explained what he thought was possible. I previously had approached about 10 other lawyers, who would not take my case. Mr. Arnett greatly reduced my anxiety with his calm manner which was most appreciated and sorely needed.
