Mr. Lopez listen to all aspects of my case and what I am looking for and requesting. He super professional and kept me on track. I tend to be emotional because this is a family law case and I have two separate cases I need his help on. I feel very confident Mr. Lopez will handle my case with care, compassion and professionalism.

When I was backed into a corner by my ex and about to lose custody of my two girls I called Bernard as he had helped one of my friends. Honestly I was hesitant to use him for my custody case after reading reviews on this site but my friend insisted he was both professional and affordable and had done them right. After my first call to Bernard my hesitation was gone. He returned calls promptly and worked around my hectic work schedule for my appointments. Thanks to Bernard I have full custody of my daughters. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good family lawyer.

Bernard is exactly how the first review has said. He tells you to shut up if he doesn't want to continue listening to you because he doesn't agree or likes a comment/question you have made or asked. He makes appointments with you, but won't show up. He doesn't ever respond to emails. He studies your case until you're in the court and won't explain things to you. My daughter has lost her job making meeting with him and all so he won't show up. He is condescending and rude.

Severely lacks in the communication department. Does not respond to voice messages or e-mail. Claims he never got them. Claims to be an appellate attorney, but after further review, he's not. Makes appointments on his schedule without conferring or confirming with the client (e.g., "I'm available tomorrow morning. Hope to see you then."). If you're like me, I have to work in the morning and can't just take time off without adequate prior notification. Thanks to his lack of effort and communication, I'm heading to the Supreme Court to retain my parental rights. He has 23 years practicing law in AZ yet still needs a lot of practice to get away from the Public Pretender's Roster.
