Mr. Phillips is, first and foremost, a very above average person. He successfully represented me, and was totally dedicated to my legal defense. I was more than impressed that he dedicated so much time to the smallest details, and always was considerate, honest and polite to me and other people. It became clear to me that he was very focused on my case, and he never misrepresented the facts. Mr. Phillips also has an excellent office staff that is considerably above average in quality, friendliness and organization. I became aware that he is highly regarded from others in his profession. His intellectual integrity is excellent in my opinion.
I am seriously delighted to have the opportunity to recommend Lee Phillips, without any hesitation.

Lee was very helpful and helped my daughter with significant drug charges. He is very knowledgeable, and had a great rapport with the district attorney and the judge. My daughter was charged with 6 felonies, 5 of them drug related, and Lee helped her avoid jail/prison time, and she is now home. he assisted in getting her felonies decreased and labeled as undesignated so that she may be able to get them expunged from her record when she is finished with the court recommendations and probation. I would use Lee again if I ever had any court issues in the future.

I found Lee Phillips to be an excellent attorney. He was faced with some real challenges in defending my son who was addicted to heroin and as a consequence made some really bad decisions. Even though my son did not have a record and did not hurt anyone but himself, the laws in Arizona, in his case were very harsh. His sentence could have been up to 15 years with a fine as well. He ended up with a 3 year sentence and no fine. I will forever feel that his sentence was too much given his crime and his addiction and I know that Lee had hoped for better for him too, but in the end it was a very good outcome.

I have known Lee Phillips both professionally and as a person who I consider a friend for over twenty years. Being retired from law enforcement we had numerous contacts in court where my respect and trust grew with our encounters. I considered that we had a good rapport and respected each other professionally. The public fails to realize that being a defense lawyer is a difficult position. At times representing something that is completely against your values can be overwhelming but being the type of person that Lee is, he continues to be aggressive and persistent in representing his client. When he performs a good job, win or lose he also represents the public in not having any cases overturned because of his efficiency.
Having the respect and confidence in Lee’s ability as a lawyer, he has represented friends and family. I have and will continue to recommend Lee Phillips as a reliable and trustworthy attorney. I think very highly of Lee and will also defend him as a friend.
