Lee Phillips is, first and foremost, a good person. Mr. Phillips, as an attorney, looks not only at the charges which his clients face, but finds the humanity in each of his clients as he crafts their defense arguments. My family member pled, and Mr. Phillips was there throughout the process of his hearing, incarceration, and ensured the individual’s expedited release. They gave ancillary guidance after release and during probation to make sure this family member’s judgement was met prior to custodial release. Fear. In my Flagstaff AZ drug related criminal case I had to ponder if I was going to use the best attorney in town to A) fight my case because I plead not guilty, or B) if I was going to employ him to represent me to admit my guilt. Lee Phillips criminal defense attorney helped me see my options very clearly in Flagstaff AZ. He and his team were there for me when I needed to make a collect call from jail when no one else was. I was alone. I was afraid. Very afraid. I do not like jail. At all. You can't reach out and talk to any of your known resources when you are locked up. I would like to thank Mr Phillips and his team for all they have done for my family and I! A few months ago I got myself in a situation that I felt like was out of my control. I received a court order by mail saying I needed to present myself at court.
