Excellent representation. I highly recommend Ian, who paid close attention to detail in my criminal misdemeanor case and pursued a more fair settlement for me. Ian listened completely, and then took appropriate steps to reach a more fair result. Without representation I was really limited to fight for my case which involved accusation of violent crimes. I’m satisfied with the outcome and would suggest Ian and his law office for representation whether you are in-state or out-of-state.

I recently required the services of an Attorney for a felony charge and went to 4 offices in the flagstaff area. My second consultation was at the Griffen & Stevens Law Firm where I met with attorney Ian van Schilfgaarde. I left that meeting feeling better about my situation even though Ian had made no promises about any judicial outcome but had given me several options based on the information I gave him. This is contrary to what the other offices promised, upto and including a compete drop of all charges if I would only sign on the dotted line and pay the retaining fee, claims I knew were horse poop, but I get ahead of myself.
