My husband and I needed to set up a Trust. Finding a good lawyer can be difficult. After searching and reviewing several estate planning lawyers we decided to contact Andrew based on his positive reviews.
Andrew exceeded our expectations and more. He was personable and always open to the numerous questions that we had. Andrew was well versed in drawing up the document and made many suggestions to help us make decisions that we had not considered. He made the process of creating a Trust very easy. If we had it to do over again, we would definitely choose Andrew.

I found Andy by doing a search on the internet for an estate planning attorney in my mom's neighborhood. Because he got such good reviews on google, I gave him a call. He totally lived up to the rave reviews. He answers his own phone, calls back immediately, he was very patient and kind to my elderly mother. In our case, I believe he went above and beyond in his efforts to help us. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, he is kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.

I was pleasantly surprised how seamless Andrew made the process of completing Advanced Directives, developing a Trust, and much more. He filed documents on my behalf and educated me about legal matters I had not considered prior to our appt. Andrew's office is conveniently located. He provided me all the documents in a beautiful portfolio and even reached out to me after services were complete to see if I had any questions or needed any further assistance. I highly recommend Andrew Mathers. Bonus: He's also just a really nice guy! :)

We used Andy to set up a Revocable Living Trust for my elderly mother after her spouse died. He gave a very prompt service at all hours of the day and night.... always easy to get ahold of and there to answer questions. The whole thing, start to finish, was completed in under 2 weeks which was greatly appreciated during a very stressful period.
