Had an opportunity to attend Andy Mather's Estate Planning Seminar. I learned many new things about funding a Trust. Andy did a great job explaining all legal terms in a way that I could understand. I now realize the importance of putting all of the assets into the name of the trust. Andy was kind , patient, and understanding, and very helpful through the entire process of updating our Family Trust. It helps to attend his seminar first, so that you are prepared and ask the right questions when you meet with him at his office.

What a pleasant Attorney. Don't know too many that actually care about their clients. Did My Trust, Living Will and everything else in the most efficient manner I have ever seen. He was on vacation and worked on it and called me to confirm that I had received everything. I would most highly recommend Mr. Mathers to everyone I meet that needs this type of Attorney. Thank you Mr. Mathers for making me feel so confident and at ease.

Creating your will is never a fun thing to do. But Andrew made the process so easy and simple. He explained everything thoroughly and was very personable at the same time. Highly recommend!

I met with a few attorneys before deciding to hire Andy to do my estate planning. Andy explained the differences between a Will and a Trust. He was patient and spoke in a way that I could understand the mechanics of a Trust. I ultimately went with the Trust and could not be more at peace. He answered all my questions and always picked up his phone or called me back right away. I have referred several friends and they have all been just as happy.

Andy made this process so easy! We were helping my mother change her will and trust. She’s 87 and not very mobile but sharp as a tack. He came to us, both for the initial visit and the signing. He explained everything to her so clearly and was so patient! And we got follow up emails and texts, reminding us of our tasks and asking if we needed any help. This was an absolutely great - and easy - experience!

If you want a professional expert to get your family trust done, Andrew is your guy. He knew all of the procedures for getting a trust done and was upfront on what you need and don't need. He was always available for questions and listened to your needs. Don't go any where else if you want it done right and fast.

Andy is great! He is very personable and provides sound advise and suggestions. He is empathetic about the challenging decisions that have to be planned out when creating the trust and will.

We knew after 10 minutes listening to Andy that we had found the perfect attorney to help us update our existing, very old will and trust. We have a blended family and he put our minds at ease with his great knowledge and advice in so many areas. He was truly interested in making things bullet proof so that our family would be comfortable and also that they would know that he will be able to be reached for help and questions when the time comes. It was very refreshing to find out that anytime we left a message for him he would return our call within 15 minutes no matter what time it was. Same applies to any text or email sent to him. Andy is extremely intelligent and competent and is doing what he loves to do. Your call will be very important to him and you will feel you are his only client during the process. We are extremely pleased and we made a special friend too!
