They only handle personal injury claims, but Adi, who answered the phone, was still extremely kind and helpful in providing me with insight regarding a property damage matter.

Berenice was amazing and got back to me within 60 seconds of me filling out the online application. She has kept me updated and answered any questions I had and was sure to let me know she would always be available.

They took very good care of me after a car accident. They paid all my medical bills. The reason for 3 stars is because now I’m getting the run around for my check. I was told my check was ready in February it’s almost July. They said it was waiting to be signed. Every time I call they say they will call me back but no one calls. So then I have to call back. Then the person who cuts the checks isn’t in and they say they will call me back. I’m currently waiting to pay off some things so it’s a little frustrating. I don’t understand how it takes 5 months to cut and sign a check.

My experience was not good for me. I was rear ended at a stop light by the driver along with a LIVE large parakeet bird sitting on the dash. OOCH! Can you believe it? I took care of my own property negotiations/loss of property procs on my own! Therefore, all my attorney had to do was do it! I tried to communicate and make sure there would be NO money excepted without me knowing. Instead, I received a lot of resistance and needless to say, One attorney in the office settled without may approval of the amount which was much less then what I did own my own dealing directly REGARDING MY LOSS OF PROPERTY as it did. I would not have ok'd less then what I did for my property loss, that I settled alone. I do have to say this was just before the holidays too. It wasn't my timing on choosing representation. They're ok!

I don’t think this post could ever truly express how great this law firm has handled my case. Since the first phone call they made me like family (literally)! I tend to procrastinate everything this would have been another loss I’d be regretting not taken care of but Adi and Bernice didn’t let that happen. They were persistent yet patient with everything they needed from me. If only I had this type of help with every obstacle I run into to…Life would be a breeze.
