One star is over rating this firm. Do not hire anyone at this firm. Look elsewhere!! Very shady attorney and you will find fees on invoices that are ludicrous. Very slow to communicate but yet good at numerous invoicing and charging for things you never requested and that were never filed to the courts.

I was referred to Kevin by my financial planner. I had a complicated divorce, and being a business owner I needed an attorney with a vast knowledge of how business work so that I didn't end up hurting my business's long term sustainability due to my divorce. Kevin was awesome and was able to help protect my business, assure my business partners of the process and the outcome was what we all wanted.

I was a prenup and was now facing a divorce. After consulting with Kevin and him reviewing my prenup he was able to find several issues to where he believed it would be wise to contest the prenup. After several months Kevin and his team where able to get my prenup thrown out and I was able to get what I deserved in my divorce.

Stated his fees are $250/hr, but I was charged $375/hr. [He has a discretionary sliding scale when you sign his agreement...and unfortunately, I didn't catch that] If you want a lawyer who'll think strategically for you (outside of his hourly rate), look elsewhere.

I’ve known Kevin for years and he’s always been a great friend. When I needed help with my divorce, Kevin stepped in and helped me through the entire process. He was always available and helped me get the exact outcome I was looking for, especially when it came to time with my kids. I had started my divorce with a different divorce lawyer in Mesa, but after a little over a month I found my lawyer over billing me for things he didn't do, and lied about it when I asked. Kevin and his team were all fantastic. His team helped my all along the way.

In August of 2014 I received divorce papers from my now ex-husband. He filed in Arizona until he filed I had no idea where he was. I looked on the internet and for attorneys licensed to practice in Arizona specializing in divorce and I saw Kevin's name. I had an urge to call him and I did. I had to leave a message but he called back shortly thereafter. I was very upset and I didn't know what to do Kevin talk to me in such a calm and reassuring voice that confirmed to me that he knew exactly what to do. I retain him that day and I've never regretted it. Since that time I've gotten divorced and even though my ex-husband did not want to cooperate in any way Kevin made sure that all my rights well realized in the final settlement. I actually learned about Kevin through Avvo. I read several reviews and felt it was worth scheduling a consultation. After the consultation, I felt very comfortable hiring Kevin as my attorney. Boy did I make the right choice, Kevin did an outstanding job. He was extremely knowledgable and cared about me as a person and not just a client. His entire staff has been nothing but awesome to me. And the results of my divorce, was far better than anything I could have ever wished for. Thank you, Kevin.

From the onset of retaining Kevin, he did not seem well versed in divorce law. My Ex’s attorney at every juncture seemed to dance circles around him. I hired Kevin to vigoursly represent my best interests, and it was clear to me this was not happening. After a few months I changed council to a new attorney. It was after the change I realized how night and day an attorney that is an expert in family law can be. Within an 25 minutes of meeting with my new council he discovered several key items critical to my case Kevin was not even aware of after representing me for over six months. If Kevin would of put a little bit of effort in my case he would of discovered these key elements. In short you get what you pay for, and I could not I good conscience recommend Kevin if you are needing an attorney for your divorce.

Kevin gave me great advice. The very first thing he told me was to treat this divorce as a business transaction. He told me that I need to take out all the emotions about how I feel otherwise I would end up making decisions that I would later regret. So I did, now a year later she is not happy and wants to modify our decree.

Kevin is very knowledgeable, experiences and truly care about my case. He is an attorney with a great heart. He will give you the best advices of what to do and not to do. If you are looking for an attorney who know how to handle cases with narcissistic. Please hire him. He is very honest and sincere. If it was a waste of money and time he will advice you not to do it. I highly recommend him.
