Until you have a death in the family, you don't realize how important it is to have a "complete trust". Wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them to everyone because one day we will all be going through this process.

Becky helped us understand the process and answered all our questions. Probate and Wills can be confusing to us regular folks. Becky made us feel comfortable with the how things work.

My husband and I decided to do the "grown up" thing and get a trust. We had a will drawn up a number of years ago in another state and knew we needed an update. We were less than pleased with the attorney who drew up the will as we were treated as just one of many clients. Having checked with neighbors and friends, we scheduled an appointment with Becky. From the first time in her office and throughout the process, we felt like VIPs. Significant time was spent finding out what we wanted, educating us on several options, and helping us make decisions best suited for our needs. The cost of drawing up a trust was a bit of a shock until I saw the amount of work required to do it properly. My husband and I have made sure that our family members will not be burdened with all the work involved in probating a will. We are both pleased beyond measure with the final result. Becky and her entire team did an amazing job helping us understand the differences between and estate plan and a will. She worked within our budget to ensure we have a plan for our kids if we we're no longer around to care for them. We ultimately decided on a will, and now we know that our kids will be taken care of by the family we felt would do the best job in raising our kids. She also helped us develop a plan for the distribution of our assets over their lives. We can't say enough about her professionalism and her entire team's commitment to ensure our experience was rewarding!
