Avoid this attorney at all costs. She violated ER 1.2 of the Superior Court Rules of Professional Conduct when you refused to file an objection to the alleged agreement. ER 1.2(a) states, inter alia, that a lawyer shall abide by a client’s decision whether to settle a matter.” Angela billed excessively and ultimately authored a parenting agreement that so grossly favored the other party that it ultimately cost me over 1 Million dollars and the loss of basic parenting privileges awarded most people who have competent representation.
