Fortunately I do not have extensive litigation experience to compare my services to, but in my opinion Angela the handled my case perfectly. Everything she submitted to the courts was well written, with case law cited and logic flawless. My emails are typically answered within the same business day by herself or her paralegal, and everyone else in both offices were always polite and friendly. Thanks again.

Too much bad to write with my divorce

Outstanding family law practice. Angela is the best!!!

Nicole Baxter is the best asset this law office has, she was great and probably deserves five stars! I originally gave all my financial data, etc to an associate who left the firm and at the time was told I would be filing a Chapter 7 based on his information. I relied on his advice and the amount that I was going to be charged. A few months later (when nothing had changed my finances or bills) I turned in the paperwork and money to file the bankruptcy. Later I was informed that I would not qualifyfor a Chapter 7 but we need to file a Chapter 13. Now I realize this is all based on the law and charts however my finances had not changed thus the chapter should not have changed unless I was misinformed in the first place. I questioned this and was told that part of my finances were not listed on the questionnaire that the attorney had filled out at the time. I know for a fact I told him everything because I was concerned about the fact that I would be in the 13. After several emails and I'm sure the frustration in their office as well as my own one of their attorneys sent an email pretending as though it was supposed to be "inter office" (which we both know it wasn't) making the comment "Like we didn’t already look at her income from every angle to try and find a way to make it work…Ugh!". Now I appreciate that she was frustrated but I was misinformed by their office and was paying a good sum considering I has no money. I then met with a separate attorney regarding the chapter 13 at which point he told me that they would most likely make a motion to make my payments not five years but less. That never came to pass and after the response to me being misinformed last time I didn't bother bringing it up. I did ask about other options as things continued to occur over the 5 years which they answered promptly and I appreciated. That aside the rest of my dealings were fairly nice and Nicole was fantastic. They also help me out with my divorce which I appreciated and although costly for two people who agreed on everything I do understand the work that went into it.

Angela and Dawn did an awesome job with my divorce case. The only problem I had was not listening to Angela from the beginning. I negotiated with the ex at the beginning of the divorce thinking it would be quicker and less costly. As time went on the ex didn't hold up her end and it cost much more to correct the mistake. Angela made sure I did not give up any child custody rights and that the assets were fairly divided. Dawn makes Angela look good preparing the tons of documents making them fingertip ready for court cases - a great team. Angela has high integrity and I strongly recommend her.

Angela is Amazing and thorough. She took care of me and most importantly my son. Angela and her staff devoted all of their time and resources to gain the knowledge they needed for our case to get the results we desired. Angela worked countless hours and made sure that she had all the information she needed from even the most obscure sources to make sure that the judge had the true facts so that he could make an informed and accurate decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Angela and her five star staff for any and all family legal matters!

Angela is not only very knowledgable about family law, but most importanly, she and her staff are very efficient. Never had to wait days and days for something to be completed which seems to be the norm for many law offices. My divorce was as smooth as I could have hoped for working with Angela!

Not only is she an expert in family law, but she is very thorough. We went through several attorneys, and felt none of them wanted to take the time to listen to us. They just wanted to meet us in court and go through the motions. With Angela, Dawn, and Tiffany, we knew we were in trusted hands. They listened. They got back to us on matters that came up very promptly. They took the time to explain the law and court process to us. We felt we had gained friends who were on our side. Not just lawyers we would see in court and get bills from. Angela was a bull dog in court. She is an excellent communicator, writer, presenter, cross examiner, and nothing will get by her!
