Heath is the best lawyer we have ever used. We were actually represented by someone else and very frustrated about being over charged. Heath was a breath of fresh air, honest, reliable and trustworthy. The other lawyer would just tell me what she thought I wanted to hear while billing me unethically. Heath actually pointed this out and guided us toward arbitration to get some of the money back from the attorney we had used. I love Heath McWhorter and his legal team! Where do I even start to the reasons why? From the moment I requested an appointment with him, he never neglected to make the time for me. I seriously felt like he was working around the clock just for my case, but then when my family members needed his help, he proved that I wasn't the only client he worked so hard for. Heath was so helpful when it came to my case and financial situation, he was one of four lawyers I met with and the first one that made me feel confident and laid out his plan right away. Heath McWhorter helped me back in 2005 in my divorce from a drug addled crazy woman. Though her tactics were bizarre, Heath was able to maneuver around her craziness. He was a huge help in a very dark time especially because this didn’t involve just me but also my son who was 2 yrs old at the time this all started. My son is now 17 and has enjoyed a very good life without having to deal with his mother’s issues. This review is long overdue. Bottom line: Heath was able to fight fire with fire. We came out on top even though, I was divorcing another attorney. My divorce took two years, with no children involved, and all because my ex likes to delay things. Heath will keep you calm and informed throughout your divorce process. Heath is very honest, and down-to-earth, and aggressive when needed. His team is very attentive with emails and communication, as well. My ex hired two separate so-called “Top AZ family law attorneys”, and Heath won at trial. To me, Heath is the Valley’s Top Family Law Attorney! Heath is very experienced and knows many professionals that helped with my case such as a knowledeable business evaluator. Although children weren’t involved, my divorce was very complicated, and tricky. Again, I married and attorney! Heath went through all the proper channels to ultimately help me win at trial. Heath won’t tell you what choice to make, he will give you pros and cons on any decision that his clients ultimately have to make. Once your decisions are made, he starts the bull dog attorney process. My ex is now appealing, just because he’s upset with the verdict and not getting his way.
