Brandon is very detail oriented, intelligent and compassionate. He is a great listener and gave me every possible solution that he can do. Note that he's a former state officer and DUI investigator . So he knows ins and outs of DUI law. Besides that, I found his payment is pretty reasonable. If you want to have a great outcome , I would highly recommend Brandon as a DUI attorney.

If you have a inspection violation Brandon Whites firm is the best. I have a driver plan and they set me up with a couple attorneys that would not handle these because there’s no court date and only able to contest online. My violation was in Kentucky but what state doesn’t matter. Brandon spoke with me and explained the process and it’s difficult to win. His firm was able to get the violation cleared quicker than I thought possible bye submitting on Wednesday the following Monday I received word the violation would be cleared. CDL violations can cost on insurance, make finding employment difficult and cost you your license. I very pleased with the service and especially the outcome.

I’m a class a driver and I got ticket and he got it dismissed to equipment violation

To begin with, someone got back to us immediately and answered all our questions; then when hired, got right on to business, keeping us informed and getting court dates for both problems promptly. Fortunately, law enforcement did not show up on appointed dates, but we also think the fact that we hired a lawyer, maybe even specifically Mr. White, showed the court that we took them seriously. All in all, Mr. White took a really bad experience and made it quite pain free for us, the clients.

I hired Mr. White after I received a speeding ticket in Kingman AZ going 25 mph over the limit. I hold a class A CDL but was in a "red" rental car while on vacation from Florida. I was in a hurry as we spent too much time at the Grand Canyon and needed to get back to the Luxor to watch Chris Angel. Long story short I was looking to pay a hefty fine and hopefully keep a clean MVR and the outcome was even better than that. Mr. White succeeded to get the ticket thrown out with no fine or pointed assessed. I couldn't be more pleased with the help Mr. White provided. I appreciate it but hope to never have to chat under these circumstances again! :)
