Disorganized office staff and poor communication
“the office staff was pretty disorganized, we had to send them the same paper work like 3 times and when we called about a letter we received from the bank the person we tried to speak with was extremely rude and kept interrupting us when we were asking questions.”

Sending a different lawyer to represent the client in court
“Also we thought it was a little odd that they sent someone from a different lawfirm to "represent" us at our hearing.”

Lack of communication and updates on the progress of the case
“We hired Mr. Robinson in 2013 to handle a criminal case however, Mr. Robinson nor his Associate have to this day communicated with us as to where things stand.”
