I had a positive experience with this group from placing initial phone call, phone consultation and in person meeting. They are very professional and friendly. Steve Janssen was exceptionally gracious to me since I had him chang a couple things in my paperwork, last minute. He didn't seem frustrated by this at all. I am glad I was referred to them and would refer others as well.

I was in a car accident on February 5, 2023 and I signed up with Lerner Rowe to take my case. They didn’t provide many updates along the way. They finally reached out to me around September or October timeframe only to tell me they were dropping my case. I reached out to the Perez Law Group and signed up with them on November 2, 2023. Kelly Crabtree was my contact. She kept me up-to-date on what’s going on with my case every couple weeks. Three months later, they were able to settle my case with the opposing insurance company. They were amazing to work with, have great customer service, and follow up was stellar. I would highly recommend this law firm to work with.

Steve Janssen was awesome! I talked to several attorneys before I decided to have Steve handle on an issue with my dad's estate. He was responsive, articulate, and was able to reach a resolution for me quickly with another law firm that was not being cooperative and was holding resolution up. He is knowledgeable and certainly know his stuff. I would highly recommend him. As we say back home, "he is good people!"
