I have a legal plan at work and this was one of the lawyers on the list to possibly use for some adoption representation. I did have a phone consultation yet ended up using a previous attorney we had from a prior adoption. When i filled out paperwork for reimbursement for adoption costs, my insurance denied and and said they had paid above mentioned law firm. I have sent numerous emails and voice messages to see what they billed me for but to no avail.

I have utilized the services of Ivan & Associates for multiple business and estate planning purposes for several years now, after a friend told me about them. They are the utmost professionals, and each instance has been favorable!!! I’ve worked with pretty much every staff member and attorney on their team in some capacity or another over these several years, and all have been incredibly professional and skilled. There are several instances that stand out, where the attorney Florin has helped me navigate some complex matters. He is very wise, and has always given proper advice. He is able to always explain things in a manner I understand, and I am incredibly appreciative of him and the rest of the staff (Jim, Debra, Nancy, Angie, Ryan, Rebecca, Lucian, to name a few), for helping me over these past years.

I requested a consult with this attorney and got a 5 minute phone call with the legal assistant who forwarded my paragraph explaining my issue. Then without an initial consult or any information about what the firm can do for me in my case tried to send me a retainer agreement and requested $1,000 deposit and wanted me to ageee to pay $200/hr after my legal insurance to supposedly represent me but who knows for what since it wasn’t even explained what they would be representing me for.

I have used the services of Mr. Ivan on multiple occasions for business matters. He is incredibly wise, and always gives me sound advice. All outcomes have been favorable with his help and guidance. I have referred him to colleagues and friends!

While I was familiar with Arizona statutes regarding responsibilities of landlords and tenants, Florin was able to quickly grasp the essence of the situation, provide practical counsel and assuring guidance, and help me to strip the emotion out of the highly charged issue. Florin was always available to me -- at night and on weekends -- and tireless in his willingness to let me "vent", while listening for the salient usable points that he was then masterfully able to incorporate into simple, direct, and persuasive communications that quickly moved this matter to a satisfactory resolution. I highly recommend Florin to anyone who wants a legal advocate who conducts himself as a gentleman, knows the law, and is able and willing to go the distance to bring your case to positive resolution. Florin conducted himself as a consummate professional during every interaction I had with him -- listening intently, questioning to understand, providing context and cogent explanation of the law, and offering proactive suggestions for how to proceed. While nobody I know enjoys litigation, when it becomes necessary, Florin is one attorney who makes the experience as civilized, productive, and positive as possible. I hope that I won't need Mr. Ivan's services in the future, but if I do, I'll not hesitate to call him.

Florin has an outstanding work ethic. He handled every aspect of my case with integrity, perseverance, and professionalism. Family law can be an emotional rollercoaster for those involved, however, Florin managed to relieve the stress of the situation by helping me to stay focused on the legal rather than the emotional aspects. He treated all parties with courtesy and professionalism while staying focused on the objective. I trusted Florin to represent my interests and would do so again, should the need arise.
