Initially I wasn't impressed with the quality of service I received from Goldberg & Osborn. But once Boone Cragun took over my case, I couldn't have been happier with the quality of service I received. Boone is extremely good at what he does. He considered my feelings & expectations, advised me on the pros & cons of sticking to my demands vs countering with a compromise but he never pushed me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He was always quick to return my calls, kept me updated on my case and was professional yet personable. I would highly recommend Goldberg & Osborn strickly due to Boone's expertise & quality of service.

I was in a very bad car accident almost 2 years ago. My car was totaled and I was hurt pretty bad from the accident. We contacted Goldberg & Osborne to ask them for assistance. We couldn't have made a better decision. Boone Cragun & Juanita Daniels were assigned to our case. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. Shannon Jackson's professional, caring demeanor has alleviated all the stresses that came after the accident. She has kept us informed and has, as she said, taken care of all the work and worries.
