“I like to ask lots of questions and when things start to smell bad, I ask more questions. During our interactions I asked john how to calculate depreciated value of a vehicle. He didn't know how to do this, I didn't know either so I proceeded to ask questions related to depreciated value and he took it personally to the extent that he told my wife he did not want anymore interactions with me moving forward and would only work with my wife.”
