I reluctantly searched for a family practice lawyer on the internet because I had no referrals. I was anticipating an upcoming, potentially life changing surgery and needed to get my affairs in order as soon as possible. After my initial consult with Brian Winter, I was sold. Mr. Winter was extremely thorough, informing me of things I hadn't even thought of. He told me what all I needed to have in place, for a Will, a Living Will, a POA, and a few other things, to insure my family would have whatever they (legally) needed to manage my affairs.
